Jeff is a founding partner of WMS Chartered Accountants having previously been a partner at Ernst & Young. He is a Strategic Adviser to the Vice Chancellor, Griffith University and a member of Gold Coast City Council’s Regional Economic Development Advisory Board (REDAB). He is a member the Management Committee of Business Growth GC and a Director of Founders Forum Limited. 

Jeff has acted as a Director of both unlisted and listed companies and as Secretary for start up ventures.

Jeff is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA) as well as a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia (TIA) and a Fellow of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA).

Jeff is a Registered Tax Agent and Registered Company Auditor. Jeff completed his Bachelor of Economic at the University of New England.

David joined WMS Chartered Accountants in early 2005 as Divisional Director of WMS Corporate Finance. David has over 12 years experience in the chartered accounting environment.

David has specialised in corporate finance with Big 4 and Global 2nd tier firms, providing advice to a diverse range of companies within industries such as construction, retail, manufacturing, mining, marine, pharmaceuticals and financial services software development. 

He is a member the Management Committee of Business Growth GC.

David is responsible for consulting to both private and public companies in the areas of transaction advisory, due diligence, valuation, capital-raising and project feasibility.
